- SBIR Proposal on DSIP
What they’re asking for
Topic text (SBIR.gov copy): portable counter-UAS for Group 1–2, including non-emitting targets. Four preferences every proposal must address: (a) track holds when the target is silent; (b) the government favors kinetic and cyber defeat over friendly radiation, though jamming and illumination are in scope if you say so; (c) operational processing on the platform, not the cloud; (d) no dedicated operator. Out of scope: work needing classified access or a facility clearance at award, and cooperative ID including Remote ID.
