What they’re asking for
Named needs: (1) rapidly train and qualify aviators in all platforms; (2) transform aviation training with commercial practices and technology; (3) grow the aviation industrial base. UAS Training is one of three AOIs. Awards may be FAR Part 12, other fixed-price types, or OTAs under 10 U.S.C. §§ 4022, 4023, 3458. Only a warranted contracting/agreements officer can bind the Army.
How to respond
A solution brief under the relevant AOI (for this board: UAS Training) on SAM.gov. The CSO does not fund proposal prep.
