What they’re asking for
The BAA seeks research to enhance the C-sUAS kill chain and point defense through EW, cyberspace operations, C2 automation and autonomy, low-collateral defeat, low-collateral-effect / blue-force interceptors, and communications. Named goals include cyberspace countermeasures against sUAS C2 links; AI/ML, sensor fusion, and automated decision-making against swarms; low-cost autonomous interceptors; better detection/ID/tracking sensors; a library of cyberspace effects; UAS traffic management integrated with existing ATC; and resilient waveforms and networking for swarm operations.
How to respond
A white paper only, as the first step, on SAM.gov against FA8750-25-S-7004. Formal proposals are by invitation. Follow the BAA’s format rules; evaluation ratings drop if you don’t.
